EasyFleet began as research and design in January 2024. Five releases later, a live Dutch fleet runs on it, with every handover, trip, fine and euro on one record per vehicle.

The first release

The operator app goes live for handing over and receiving vehicles, with AI damage detection built into the handover. Maintenance records and the first EasyFleet landing page ship with it.

Connected to the vehicle, and the first customer

OBD integration brings every vehicle online with real-time trips. Fines, issues, accidents and APK inspections join the record, and the first paying customer starts running its fleet on EasyFleet.

The driver joins the record

The driver app puts assignments, fines and fuel in the driver’s own hand, with a driver leaderboard. The AI assistant answers questions across every vehicle’s history, and internal storage tracks parts from the shelf to the vehicle.

Parking on autopilot, a platform redesigned

Once a van is parked, the driver is asked whether to park there, and one tap reserves the bay. Every other cost, from car washes to road tax, gets its place on the record, and the whole platform is redesigned.

Video, and payments that run themselves

Video telematics adds road- and cabin-facing cameras, with footage attached to every event. Fuel and fines are paid automatically, which closes the loop from what happened on the road to what was paid for it.
