Fleet intelligence. Pointed forward.

EasyFleet began with a friend in the fleet business who had no clear view of his vehicles, damage and costs. We keep building the platform with the fleets that use it every day.

Why we started

We built the platform we could not find.

It started with a friend in the fleet business who could not see where his costs came from. The answers were spread over paper handover forms, photos on drivers’ phones, fines in the post, fuel receipts and a service spreadsheet.

Every tool we found covered one piece. So in January 2024 we started drawing one platform for all of it, and in November 2024 the first release shipped.

Today every handover, damage report, fine, fuel receipt and service job lands in one record per vehicle.

Mission and vision

Mission

Help fleets run safer, leaner and cleaner, with one clear record of every vehicle, every handover and every euro.

Vision

Fleet management where AI does the checking and people make the decisions, for fleets across Europe.

What we believe

Three bars, three beliefs

The EasyFleet mark is an E made of three bars. Each one stands for something we build by.

  1. 01 · top bar

    Precision

A record is only useful if it is exact. Who had the vehicle, what it looked like, where it went and what it cost, written down once, at the moment it happens.

  2. 02 · middle bar

    Intelligence AI

AI should do visible work you can check: find the dent, flag the fuel that does not add up, read the fine. People make the decisions.

  3. 03 · bottom bar

    Momentum

We keep shipping. Five releases between November 2024 and September 2026, and every one of them runs on the road today.

Three bars make the E.
Three people lead EasyFleet.

One leads the board, one the business and one the engineering, with a team that builds EasyFleet alongside them.
